Effective Wealth Management Strategy Execution

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Product Trainer to develop and deliver comprehensive training sessions on wealth management products, solutions, and services tailored for High Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs) and institutional clients.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for mentoring and enabling new Relationship Managers (RMs) to quickly become profit centers while ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge, tools, and certifications required to serve HNIs and institutional clients effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Product Training: Deliver in-depth training sessions on wealth management products, solutions, and services.
  • Onboarding & Handholding: Provide continuous support and guidance to new RMs, helping them integrate smoothly into their roles and understand product offerings.
  • Performance Enablement: Monitor and follow up on RMs' progress, ensuring they achieve business objectives and become profit centers in the shortest possible time.
  • Certification Preparation: Assist RMs in preparing for relevant industry certifications and compliance requirements, offering resources, study plans, and coaching.
  • Sales Enablement: Teach RMs effective pitching techniques and client engagement strategies, focusing on relationship building, trust, and value-based selling to HNI and institutional clients.
  • Continuous Development: Provide feedback, coaching, and remedial training where necessary to help RMs overcome challenges and enhance their skills.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in wealth management, financial products, or similar domain is essential.
  • Strong understanding of HNI and institutional client needs and relationship-building strategies is required.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills are necessary.
  • Ability to simplify complex financial products and tailor messaging for diverse audiences is essential.
  • Familiarity with certification requirements and compliance standards within the wealth management industry is desirable.
