Data Insights Specialist

This role involves working with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, extracting data from the Learning Management System (LMS), and delivering insights through clear reporting.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with stakeholders to clarify and document business requirements.
- Extract, analyze, and interpret data from the LMS to create accurate, timely, and meaningful reports.
- Deliver recurring and ad-hoc reports to stakeholders while ensuring data integrity and meeting deadlines.
- Thrive in ambiguous situations by quickly adapting to evolving priorities and finding solutions.
- Identify opportunities to simplify processes, reporting mechanisms, and workflows for efficiency and scalability.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, fostering trust and strong working relationships.
- Maintain a high bar for accuracy and completeness in all reporting deliverables.

Requirements- Bachelor's Degree
- Relevant experience working with the MS Office suite in a professional environment
- Strong skills in Excel/Google Sheets/Tableau (pivot tables, formulas, basic dashboards)
- Ability to extract and analyze data from databases, LMS, or reporting tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to meet tight deadlines
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and in ambiguity
