Advanced Health Data Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Healthcare AI Engineer to join our team as a Healthcare AI Fellow. This role involves designing, building, and refining multi-agent AI pipelines using Large Language Models (LLMs).
The successful candidate will have advanced Python skills and expert proficiency in at least one major ML framework such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. They should also have a proven track record of rapidly deploying robust, production-grade AI solutions.
In this role, you will be working closely with clinicians, data architects, and seasoned ML engineers to design and implement cutting-edge AI solutions. You will have the opportunity to engage daily in collaborative problem-solving and drive innovation in the field of healthcare AI.
You will be responsible for developing unique evaluation frameworks and tooling, shaping the entire engineering team's approach to AI development. Additionally, you will be launching production-grade, multi-agent AI solutions directly impacting healthcare providers globally.
This is a full-time contract position for 6 months, with a clear path to a permanent AI Engineer role based on performance. As a Healthcare AI Fellow, you will have immediate ownership of impactful projects and direct mentorship from pioneering leaders in healthcare AI.
To succeed in this role, you must have high agency, rapid iteration capability, and ownership of outcomes. You should also be familiar with healthcare standards and constraints, although training will be provided if needed.
