Procurement Specialist in Electrical Trading

We are seeking a skilled Procurement Specialist to handle end-to-end procurement of electrical items, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with project requirements.

The ideal candidate will have strong vendor management and negotiation skills, as well as technical understanding of electrical materials. They should be able to identify, evaluate, and finalize vendors for electrical products, float RFQs, and negotiate pricing and credit terms.

Key responsibilities include reviewing and interpreting SLDs (Single Line Diagrams) and BOQs (Bill of Quantities), maintaining accurate procurement records, and ensuring purchases align with company guidelines.

Required qualifications include a degree in Electrical Engineering or related field, 3-4 years of procurement experience in an electrical trading company, proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email communication, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
