Transformative Data Scientist

Innovaccer is on the quest for a highly skilled individual to spearhead data-driven innovations.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • To design and lead the development of various AI initiatives aimed at enhancing patient health and wellness.
    • Collaborate with business leaders and customers to identify pain points and develop large-scale solutions.
    • To define technical architecture to productize machine-learning algorithms and bring them to market through strategic partnerships.
    • Able to break down complex business problems into manageable machine learning tasks and design workflows.
    • Work closely with the data platform and applications team to successfully integrate data science capabilities or algorithms in their products/workflows.
    • Develop tools for repeatable data tasks that accelerate and automate the development cycle.
    • Stay updated on advancements in AI/ML technologies and apply them to enhance existing systems.
  • Required Skills & Qualifications:
    • Masters in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or relevant fields (PhD preferred).
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in Data Science (healthcare experience a plus).
    • Strong hands-on experience in Python for building enterprise applications.
    • Deep knowledge of classical and modern NLP techniques, including training or fine-tuning transformer architectures.
    • Experience with new-age fine LLM tuning techniques like PEFT (LoRA and QLoRA preferred).
    • Familiarity with GenAI tools and techniques, including RAG, VectorDBs, and Agentic AI fundamentals.
    • Proficiency in LangChain or Crew.AI.
    • Hands-on experience with deep learning frameworks, including PyTorch and HuggingFace transformers.
    • Experience with ML platforms such as Databricks, Azure ML, or Sagemaker.
    • Optional: Experience with API frameworks like FastAPI and AWS cloud technologies.
