Job Title: Workday Reporting Consultant - Financial Modules

We are seeking a highly skilled Workday Reporting Consultant to join our team at ITSoli India Private Limited. As a Workday Reporting Consultant, you will be responsible for designing and developing reports in Workday, ensuring data accuracy and integrity, and collaborating with stakeholders to meet their reporting needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop Workday reports of medium to high complexity, keeping data accuracy and integrity at the forefront.
  • Support the Data Enablement team to review Workday Reports and ensure they meet the needs of end-users and are aligned with governance requirements.
  • Develop Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) to document gaps in WD reporting and outline custom report needs to meet business requirements within Workday capabilities.
  • Capture and articulate reporting needs that cannot be fulfilled by WD, identifying data elements that need to flow to Data360 to bridge the reporting gap.
  • Define metrics, track performance against KPIs, benchmark, and help the business plan and prioritize based on expected results.
  • Play a key role in delivering capabilities to maximize the trustworthiness and usage of data across Finance Controllership Organization, including lineage, metadata management, and data quality.
  • Work on setting up dashboards in tools such as Tableau, create datasets used for deep dive, and answer ad-hoc questions from the business.
Requirements:
  • Experience building, deploying, and managing data pipelines and platforms, as well as building analytic products that consume them in large complex data environments.
  • Experience in Workday Reporting (Core and Accounting Center).
  • Finance Domain Knowledge.
  • Appreciation for Data Quality, Completeness, Lineage, Data flow design, Data Security.
  • Understanding of SOX Control & Process.
  • Deep knowledge of SQL, ETL scripts, and creating BI reports, Data Warehousing data architecture, and data modeling concepts.
  • Experience with collecting data requirements, data modeling, and data profiling tools and techniques.
  • Strong Problem-solving skills.
Preferred Requirements:
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience managing Finance Domain architectures, including ERP and boundary systems.
  • Ability to develop business cases and service requirements, while creating and managing strategic alliances.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities while managing key project deliverables with quality.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
