Job Title: Data Insights Architect

This role enables natural language processing from structured and unstructured data, reports, and dashboards. The ideal candidate will combine expertise in search engine development and data engineering with a passion for delivering intuitive user experiences and business value.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement search solutions using AI services.
  • Build pipelines to ingest, index, and enrich data from diverse sources (databases, reports, dashboards, documents).
  • Enable natural language query capabilities for business users to interact with enterprise data.
  • Integrate semantic search, embeddings, and generative AI techniques for advanced insights.
  • Collaborate with business teams to define use cases in finance, operations, and reporting.
  • Partner with data lake and pipeline teams to ensure seamless integration.
  • Adopt agile, iterative delivery to validate and scale solutions rapidly.
  • Ensure compliance, data security, and ethical AI usage in search solutions.
  • Mentor team members on AI search best practices.

Requirements

  • Strong experience with search engine development, AI/ML frameworks.
  • Proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and data integration for search indexing.
  • Familiarity with embeddings, NLP, and vector search technologies.
  • Experience connecting search solutions to business intelligence tools, reports, and dashboards.
  • Strong understanding of data governance and enterprise data management.
