Corporate Lawyer Job

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced corporate lawyer to join our international team.

  • A qualified advocate in India with at least 1 year of post-qualification experience is required.
  • An LLB or equivalent degree from an Indian national law school (or equivalent) and ranked in the top 20% of their batch is essential.
  • Previous experience with a tier-1 corporate law firm in India in the M&A, Private Equity, or General Corporate practice is necessary.

The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and under pressure.

Key Requirements:

  • Strong analytical and consultation skills are required.
  • Excellent attention to detail and drafting skills are essential.
  • Ability to synthesize large volumes of information and present conclusions and recommendations to clients is necessary.
