Job Title: Programme Manager

The team is seeking an experienced and skilled Programme/Account Manager to oversee client-facing CGI campaigns from concept through delivery.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and has experience coordinating creative production.

Role Responsibilities:
  • Campaign Delivery Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire CGI and creative campaign delivery lifecycle, including kickoff, milestones, reviews, and handover.
  • Client Communication: Act as the primary contact for clients, conducting briefings, providing status updates, and managing expectations.
  • Team Coordination: Coordinate internal and vendor teams, including CGI artists, designers, and strategists.
  • Project Tracking: Track and oversee project budgets, timelines, resource allocation, and profitability.
  • Upsell/Cross-Sell Opportunities: Identify opportunities to increase account revenue through upsell or cross-sell initiatives.
  • Utilization of Digital Tools: Utilize tools like JIRA, Confluence, Monday.com, Trello, or CRM systems for planning and collaboration.
Key Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Mass Communication, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3–5 years of project or account management experience within advertising, creative, or CGI production agencies.
  • Communication Skills: Strong client servicing and stakeholder communication skills.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in project coordination using digital tools and clear timeline and budget tracking.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and proactive issue resolution.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • CGI Production Pipelines: Familiarity with CGI production pipelines or workflows.
  • Integrated Campaigns: Exposure to integrated campaigns including digital, traditional, ATL, and BTL channels.
  • Certifications: Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum, or Agile methodology.
  • Revenue Accountability: Experience in client-facing roles with revenue accountability or campaign growth responsibility.
