Job Title: Structural Design Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Structural Design Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing industrial structures for oil and gas and chemical clients.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

Main Responsibilities

  • Providing engineering support for the design and development of industrial structures.
  • Working closely with offshore teams to ensure seamless engineering support.
  • Collaborating with sales teams to drive business growth.
  • Understanding client requirements for various projects.
  • Visiting client locations for technical discussions.
  • Preparing engineering designs and drawings.
  • Leading a team of civil and structural engineers.
  • Coodinating with local authorities for approval of engineering designs and drawings.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in civil engineering with a major in structural engineering.
  • More than 5 years of experience in industrial structural design.
  • Familiarity with codes such as ACI 318, ASCE, AISC, IBC etc.
  • Experience with structural design software such as STAAD, SAFE, ETABS etc.
  • Effective communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Familiarity with modeling software such as AutoCAD, PDMS, TEKLA etc.
