Job Opportunity

We are seeking a detail-oriented Property Investment Specialist to join our team. As a highly responsible and meticulous professional, you will be trusted to evaluate property investment opportunities with precision and professionalism.

You'll be reviewing deals, calculating returns, checking refurbishment estimates, and ultimately deciding whether deals stack - your analysis directly impacts real-money decisions.

This is a secure, full-time remote role where your work really matters.

  • Analyse residential and commercial property deals
  • Review floorplans, EPCs, comparables, agent PDFs, and other key documents
  • Calculate key figures: ROI, yield, refurb costs, profit, GDV
  • Use and maintain our deal analysis spreadsheet tools
  • Produce written deal summaries with go/no-go recommendations
  • Triple-check every detail before submitting your work
  • Take ownership of your analysis - your calls matter
  • Listen to feedback and improve with every deal you review
  • Update deals in CRM / deal tracker systems accurately

Key qualifications include:

  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Lovely working with numbers, logic, and structured thinking
  • Experience in property, finance, or detailed analysis work
  • Understanding of terms like yield, refurb budget, ROCE, GDV, LTV, etc.
  • Meticulous - you check your work three times, not once
  • Ability to handle important decisions under pressure
  • Welcome feedback and constantly aim to improve
  • Strong integrity - you're careful because the numbers matter
