- The Senior Legal Associate will be responsible for representing clients before judicial and regulatory authorities.
- He/She will conduct legal due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, and financial transactions.
- Lead litigation and dispute resolution proceedings.
- Draft and negotiate commercial contracts and agreements.
- Provide legal advisory on Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code.
- Perform legal research and interpretation of laws.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external counsel.
- Support client negotiations and investor communications.
