Job Description:

As a Senior Digital Marketing Strategist at AiSensy, you will develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy to align with business objectives.

  • Create engaging content for various social media platforms, including text posts, videos, and images.
  • Ensure content aligns with AiSensy's brand voice and objectives.
  • Manage and oversee social media content across all relevant platforms.
  • Moderate user interactions and foster a positive community.
  • Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and Hootsuite Pro.
  • Stay updated with current technologies and trends in social media.
  • Collaborate with influencers and other partners for content creation.
  • Work with other departments to develop social media timelines coinciding with new product releases or ad campaigns.
  • Manage budget for social media activities and make recommendations on paid advertising.
  • Lead and manage a social media team capable of scaling with the company's growth.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, preferably in the SaaS industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and best practices.
  • Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to create engaging content.
  • Experience in developing and executing social media strategies and campaigns.
  • Proficiency in social media analytics and reporting tools.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and multitasking abilities.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and staying ahead of social media trends.
