Financial Trader Position

We are seeking an experienced derivatives trader to manage firm capital using systematic, semi-systematic, or high-performing discretionary strategies across multiple asset classes.

The ideal candidate will have 1+ years buy-side trading experience in futures at a proprietary trading firm, hedge fund, or family office.

  • Demonstrated success in managing profitable trading strategies with risk-adjusted returns.
  • Strong understanding of risk controls, money management, order management, and regulatory compliance.
  • Full accountability for trading decision-making, PnL, and drawdowns.

Responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining risk exposure within firm parameters.
  • Continuously analysing and adjusting strategies based on market conditions and real-time performance data.
  • Generating positive cash flow on a consistent basis with strict risk discipline.

Requirements:

  • Derivatives trading experience in CME, CBOT, Comex, ICE, CFE futures.
  • Risk ownership and responsibility for trading decisions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
