We are seeking an experienced System Reliability Engineer to join our team. Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in infrastructure, automation, and cloud-native technologies.

The primary focus of this role will be to design, develop, and maintain large-scale distributed systems, ensuring high availability, scalability, and reliability.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement new services, tools, and monitoring solutions to improve system reliability and performance
  • Analyze trade-offs and make recommendations based on design principles and best practices
  • Mentor junior engineers to achieve more than they thought possible
  • Work with cross-functional teams to influence the design, operations, and deployment of highly available software
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience with deployment, operations, and performance management of large-scale clusters (e.g., Cassandra, Kafka, Elastic)
  • 2+ years of experience in managing large-scale cloud-native microservices platforms
  • Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and debugging skills in large-scale distributed systems
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Confluent Certified Administrator for Apache Kafka or Apache Cassandra Administrator Associate certifications
  • AWS Solutions Architect certification
  • Strong hands-on experience deploying, managing, and monitoring large-scale Kubernetes clusters in public cloud environments
