Job Title: HVAC Project Manager

Job Description:
We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our HVAC projects from initiation to completion. As an HVAC Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Responsibilities:
  • Review and analyze tender documents, drawings, and Bill of Quantities at project inception.
  • Develop and implement project schedules to meet client expectations.
  • Prepare material submittals per project specifications and secure consultant approvals.
  • Conduct technical selection of HVAC equipment and comparative analysis of supplier quotes.
  • Perform critical HVAC calculations, including heat load, external static pressure, and pump head assessments.
  • Optimize personnel and technological resources for efficient project execution.
  • Ensure adherence to quality plans, industry standards, and regulatory requirements during project execution.
  • Supervise design, installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC systems.
  • Prepare method statements, Inspection and Test Plans (ITP), and risk assessments.
  • Validate installation and commissioning procedures for compliance.
  • Manage variations related to scope changes with proper documentation.
  • Coordinate across HVAC, electrical, and architectural disciplines for seamless project execution.
  • Handle inspection requests, RFIs, and technical submissions.
  • Utilize HVAC software proficiently.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management).
* Proven experience in project management, preferably in the HVAC industry.
* Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including design, installation, and operation.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
