Job Title: Mainframe Testing Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to assume the responsibility of designing and executing manual and automated tests for mainframe applications.

  • Responsibilities include developing and maintaining automation frameworks using tools like Rest Assured, Selenium, Cucumber, and Java.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify testing needs and develop test strategies.
  • Utilize Agile methodologies and CI/CD tools to ensure efficient testing processes.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide regular updates on testing progress and results.
  • Perform thorough analysis and troubleshooting to resolve complex technical issues.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in mainframe testing and QA.
  • Strong knowledge of testing lifecycle, core testing process, and different test approaches.
  • Expertise in automation tools like Rest Assured, Selenium, Cucumber, and Java.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Awareness of CI/CD and DevOps practices.

  • Mainframe application testing using JCL, COBOL, SQL, and other relevant technologies.
