Job Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive financial analyses of businesses, focusing on valuation engagements that involve calculating whole or fractional interests in a business, intangible assets, and complex securities.
  • Research industry and economic data, build financial models, apply valuation methodologies, perform financial analysis, write reports, discuss conclusions, participate in client meetings, and assist with project scoping.
  • Develop and review financial forecasts, analyze financial statements, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Communicate findings and recommendations to clients, ensuring clear and concise explanations of complex financial concepts.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in accounting, economics, finance, business, or a related field; CA/CPA/CFA certification preferred.
  • Minimum 2-4 years of direct business valuation experience in a public accounting firm or valuation advisory firm; candidates with real estate valuation experience will be considered.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work well in a team and independently.
