About the Role

Worldline is seeking a highly skilled Low Level Designer to join our team. As a Technical Architect, you will be responsible for designing and operating leading digital payment and transactional solutions that enable sustainable economic growth and reinforce trust and security in our societies.

Key Responsibilities

Steer and Advise

  • Follow the landscape of the technical architecture solution for the department and the division.
  • For any new technology/solution/middleware, challenge it with the company standard or define a strategy of integration within the division.
  • Spread the landscape evolution knowledge with management and program manager in the division.

Participate in the Definition of Technical Infrastructures

  • Know the technical standards of Worldline.
  • Guarantee the consistency of the technical architecture with the application architecture.
  • Consider costs, human resources, capacity, and planning constraints.
  • Design technical architecture/low level design for new solutions.

Requirements

  • Graduate degree in informatics or a similar field.
  • Confirmed experience as a Solution or Technical Architect, IT Project Manager, or Software Development Manager willing to change.
  • Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams at an international scale. Open to cultural differences.
  • High initiative, decisiveness, goal-oriented, and assertive behavior.
  • Stress-resistant and ability to adapt to tight deadlines and dynamically changing priorities.
  • Excellent technical background in networks, systems, or databases is an asset.
  • Knowledge of standards in the field of architecture's resilience, security, and encryption.
  • Rigor and critical thinking to distinguish between technique and marketing discourse.
  • Knowledge of design tools (Visio, etc.).
  • Knowledge in IT Service Management standards like ITIL, ISO standards, and ISAE 3402 is an asset.
  • Excellent written and communication skills in English.
  • Ability to travel frequently.
