Content Strategist for AI-Powered Content Creation

Talentiser is seeking a highly skilled Content Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our content creation department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with our business objectives.
About the Role- You will be our first content hire, tasked with building this function from scratch.
- Your vision and long-term strategies will guide the development of high-quality, original content.
Strategy Development
- Develop and implement a long-form content strategy, including blog posts, newsletters, whitepapers, and more.
- Create content calendars to ensure timely and efficient content delivery.
- Establish and maintain a distinctive Brand Voice across all content channels.
Content Creation and Curation
- Write engaging, high-quality content that stands out in a competitive market.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts, conduct surveys, and interview users to create in-depth, valuable content for our target audience.
- Integrate AI tools into the content creation process to enhance speed and efficiency while maintaining quality and consistency.
Team Management
- Manage freelancers and interns, building a robust in-house content creation team.
- Review all content to ensure it meets our high standards of quality and consistency.
AI Integration and Optimization
- Leverage AI tools to streamline content ideation, research, and production processes.
- Stay up-to-date on AI advancements in content creation and implement relevant tools and techniques.
- Develop AI-assisted workflows that maintain content quality and brand voice.
Must-Haves:
- At least 3 years of experience writing exceptional content.
- 3-8 years of overall experience in Content Marketing.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles, including Technical SEO, backlinking, interlinking, and content refresh.
