Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Tender Coordinator to manage the entire tendering process, from sourcing and downloading tenders to uploading documents in E-Portal and GEM Portal websites.

Responsibilities:

  • Search for and download tenders related to our products from various websites.
  • Prepare quotations and tenders, both physically and online, and upload them to the respective portals.
  • Coordinate with sales managers to ensure timely submissions of tenders.
  • Support sales teams in documentations, company registration on government portals for e-tendering, and attending meetings.
  • Handle payments for earnest money deposits and coordinate with banks.
  • Respond to email queries and letters according to company norms.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing industry background is preferred.
  • Proficiency in online and offline tenders, GEM Portal, and other relevant skills.
