Client Acquisition and Management

This role involves acquiring new clients, managing existing accounts, executing projects, and promoting our retirement planning solutions. You will be directly contributing to expanding our customer base by working with corporates, PSUs, emerging partners, and individual clients, while closely collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote our retirement planning solutions to corporate and retail clients.">
  • Generate new leads through references, networking, and market outreach.">
  • Prospect, meet, and engage with top management of corporates (CXOs/VPs).">
  • Negotiate terms, onboard corporates, and manage client implementation.">
  • Conduct presentations and awareness sessions on retirement planning solutions.">
  • Provide client support, resolve queries, and ensure smooth servicing.">
  • Stay updated with industry best practices.">
