SAP FICO Specialist

The role of a SAP FICO professional is to ensure the smooth operation of financial processes and transactions within an organization. This involves implementing, configuring, and customizing the SAP Financial Accounting and Controlling system to meet business requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement SAP FICO strategies to improve financial process efficiency and reduce costs.
- Configure and customize SAP FICO modules to meet specific business needs.
- Implement and maintain financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users on SAP FICO functionality.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 4-12 years of experience in SAP FICO module implementation, configuration, and customization.
- Hands-on experience in at least one E2E implementation either in ECC or S/4 HANA.
- Strong understanding of basic functionalities like New GL, AP, AR, AA, CO-PA, CO-PC, CCA, GST.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
