About the Role: An Eyesight Specialist at Lenskart Academy plays a crucial role in delivering technical expertise through eye-checks, dispensing, and diagnosis as well as selling products. This role requires execution of stocktakes and SOPs while maintaining a strong focus on sales as a critical deliverable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform eye-checks and provide accurate diagnoses
• Dispense prescription eyewear and contact lenses
• Execute stocktakes and SOPs efficiently
• Sell products to meet sales targets

• Strong knowledge of eye care and optometry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
