Responsibilities

We're looking for a Senior Product Designer to collaborate with our Lead Product Designer and cross-functional teams. Key responsibilities include:

  • Understanding project requirements, user needs, and business goals.
  • Designing intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for our products, adhering to design standards and best practices.
  • Participating in brainstorming sessions, design reviews, and ideation workshops.
  • Creating wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to communicate design ideas and interactions effectively.
  • Conducting user research, usability testing, and gathering feedback to iterate on designs and enhance the user experience.
  • Maintaining and evolving the design system to ensure consistency and scalability across all products and platforms.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in design, HCI, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
  • 4-6 years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design process and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.
  • Understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility standards.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Possession of passion for design, creativity, and continuous learning.
Compensation and Benefits

Estimated salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and generous paid time off.
