VMware Administrator Role

We are seeking a highly skilled VMware Administrator to join our team. As a VMware Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our virtual infrastructure.

 

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Virtual Infrastructure Management: Design, implement, and manage VMware vSphere environments, ensuring high availability, performance, and scalability.
  2. Server and Storage Administration: Administer servers, storage systems, and networking equipment to ensure seamless operation of virtualized environments.
  3. Backup and Recovery: Develop and implement robust backup and recovery strategies to protect critical data and applications.
  4. Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze system performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing optimization techniques.
  5. Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication of technical requirements.

 

Requirements:
  • VMware Certification: Possess a valid VMware VCP or VCIX certification.
  • Technical Expertise: Proven experience with VMware vSphere, ESXi, and related technologies.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
