**Job Opportunity for Interior Design Assistant**

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our interior design team as an assistant. This role will provide support to the lead designer in various tasks, including client meetings, project management, and administrative duties.

**Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide administrative support to the lead designer

2. Assist the lead designer during client meetings at job sites and showrooms

3. Take detailed notes during meetings, measurements/photos of projects

4. Create CAD drawings for client projects

5. Research décor and materials; provide pricing, availability, stock, etc.

6. Place orders, purchase materials, pick up and deliver

7. Submit receipts for all purchases and orders

8. Track and communicate status of orders; resolve problems

9. Maintain spreadsheets with client selections/finish materials

10. Schedule appointments for designers, contractors, clients, vendors

11. Respond to client questions and concerns; project updates

12. Meet vendors, assist with installations

13. Submit detailed hours (billable and non-billable) and mileage log monthly

14. Check daily client spreadsheet for new tasks; update status of assigned task end of each day
