About the Role

We are seeking an experienced ECM developer with strong expertise in consulting, designing, developing, and delivering Alfresco ECM-based projects along with AWS knowledge. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in end-to-end Alfresco platform development, support, and enhancement with strong Java/J2EE and Spring Boot skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing solutions leveraging Alfresco object model, security model, taxonomy, search, user interface, and workflow. They will work extensively on Alfresco and Alfresco Share for medium to large-scale implementations, develop Alfresco-based prototypes/POCs to demonstrate capabilities in document management, collaboration, BPM, and records management, build and integrate Java/J2EE components with document management systems, implement and maintain RESTful web services and APIs, collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time using Agile methodologies, provide troubleshooting and technical support for Alfresco solutions, work on deployment, configuration, and tuning using Tomcat and relevant middleware, contribute to database integration and optimization (Oracle/MySQL/PostgreSQL), ensure proper documentation, version control, and CI/CD using tools like Git, Maven, and Jenkins.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing enterprise-level ECM solutions using Alfresco.
  • Designing and implementing custom workflows and business rules.
  • Integrating third-party applications and services with Alfresco.
  • Maintaining and enhancing existing ECM systems.
  • Providing technical guidance and support to stakeholders.

This role requires a strong understanding of Alfresco architecture, design patterns, and best practices. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality ECM solutions and working effectively in a team environment.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Minimum 4-6 years of experience in ECM development.
  • Strong expertise in Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, Web Services, REST APIs.
  • Hands-on knowledge of AWS cloud services.
  • Experience with Oracle/MySQL/PostgreSQL databases.
  • Good understanding of SOLR and ECM System Implementation.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with tools and platforms: Maven, Jenkins, Git, UNIX, JIRA.
  • OS exposure: Windows (10/XP/7) and Linux.
  • Working knowledge of Agile Methodologies.

Preferred qualifications include experience in delivering end-to-end ECM projects in enterprise environments, knowledge of enterprise security, compliance, and governance in ECM systems, and strong consulting and client interaction experience.
