- Oversee end-to-end payroll management, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Required Skills and Qualifications
">- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- a+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2+ years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of operations, payroll, and statutory compliance.
- Hands-on experience with HRMS (preferably Keka).
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and people management skills.
- Ability to lead policy/process building initiatives and foster innovation in HR practices.
