Job Overview:
This role is responsible for managing collateral agreements, coordinating daily exchange of collateral and margin with counterparties, and reconciling collateral balances and exposures. You will also be involved in troubleshooting settlement failures, adjusting entries into the accounting system, investigating claims, and settling monthly interest payments. In addition, you may be involved in other functions such as Complex Instruments trade processing, ad hoc requests from auditors or other internal or external partners. This position requires an individual who possesses excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:

- Troubleshoot settlement failures and adjust entries into the accounting system
- Investigate claims and settle monthly interest payments
- May be involved in other functions such as Complex Instruments trade processing and ad hoc requests from auditors or other internal or external partners
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, or related business discipline
- 3-5 years of experience in the financial services industry; preferably in an operational position
- Familiarity with collateral management and/or derivatives
- Excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
