About the Role:
The NetApp Implementation Engineer is responsible for the deployment, configuration, and support of NetApp storage solutions for clients. This role involves planning, installing, and optimizing storage environments to ensure high performance and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deployment and Configuration: Install, configure, and optimize NetApp storage systems, including ONTAP, E-Series, and other relevant platforms, ensuring integration with client environments.
• Architecture and Design: Assist in designing storage solutions tailored to client needs, including data protection, replication, disaster recovery, and backup strategies.
• Troubleshooting and Support: Provide advanced troubleshooting for storage issues, including performance tuning and optimization, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal data integrity.
• Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand business requirements, propose tailored solutions, and provide clear documentation and handover processes.
• Upgrades and Migrations: Plan and execute NetApp storage upgrades and data migrations, ensuring data consistency and minimal disruption.
• Security and Compliance: Implement best practices for data security and ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
• Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation for all implementations, configurations, and changes to the storage environment.
• Training and Knowledge Transfer: Conduct training sessions or knowledge transfer for clients' IT teams, enabling them to manage and support the storage solutions post-implementation.

Required Qualifications:
• Experience: 7-8 years in NetApp storage solutions, with hands-on experience in implementing and troubleshooting storage infrastructure.
• Certifications: NetApp Certified Implementation Engineer (NCIE) or similar certifications are a plus.
• Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of ONTAP, SnapMirror, SnapVault, FlexClone, and other NetApp technologies. Proficiency with NAS, SAN, and cloud-integrated storage environments. Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware, Hyper-V. Knowledge of networking, including TCP/IP, DNS, and subnetting.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, client relationship management, problem-solving abilities, and documentation skills.
