Job Title: Cybersecurity Associate

Job Summary:

As a Cybersecurity Associate, you will work closely with our Cybersecurity Analysts and Sr. Analysts to monitor networks and systems for potential security threats. You will analyze alarms, assess risks, and report on security incidents, either resolving them or escalating them depending on severity. This is a key role in our Security Operations Center (SOC) team, involving daily interaction with multiple security teams and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor networks and systems for potential security threats.
  • Analyze alarms, assess risks, and report on security incidents.
  • Collaborate with Cybersecurity Analysts and Sr. Analysts to identify and mitigate security threats.
  • Work closely with multiple security teams and business stakeholders to resolve security incidents.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in Security, Networking, or Technology and minimum 1-3 years related experience or the equivalent. Strong technical understanding of network fundamentals and common Internet protocols is required.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment.
  • Experience with vulnerability management tools and security incident response processes.
