Overview

This role involves leveraging SAP Success Factors for business efficiency and effectiveness. We are seeking a skilled professional to take on this challenge.

Key Responsibilities
  • To possess an MBA degree from an accredited college or university with a major in Information Systems, Business Administration, Human Resources.
  • To have at least 5-6 years of experience in handling HR tools - analysis, system enhancements, coordination, user testing etc.
  • To have a minimum of 2 years of experience in SuccessFactors modules like Employee Central/Compensation Module.
Requirements
  • Candidate must have at least one SF Compensation End to end implementation or Support Project experience.
  • Strong Hold on MS Excel is preferable.
  • Knowledge of various HR functions and processes.
  • Strong analytical/problem solving skills.
  • Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships.
  • Understanding of Employee Life Cycle Management process in Global Organizations.
  • Translate Business requirements into System Configuration.
