Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage models of building structures using Revit
  • Conduct clash analysis to identify and solve issues between different systems
  • Create detailed architectural drawings and project plans using Revit software
  • Experience in commercial construction and product design, including understanding US building codes and integrating them into the drafting process
  • Create initial sketch concepts and develop designs through creating 3D models to visualize and communicate design ideas
  • Well-versed in using point clouds to generate and manipulate 3D models in Revit and any additional software
  • Select and implement solutions to automate repetitive tasks with the use of readily available methods, plugins, etc.
  • Develop design concepts by collaborating with relevant team members
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss project requirements and relevant design issues
  • Review drafted documents to identify and rectify errors and follow strict adherence to project timelines and deadlines
  • Communicate and collaborate with project managers and team leaders to ensure the timely delivery of drawings and deliverables
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in the application of Revit and being well-versed in the interoperability between various BIM software, namely AutoCAD, Revit, Inventor, Navisworks, etc.
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong understanding of American construction methods and building codes
  • Strong English communication skills
  • Experience in delivering training to technical and non-technical people
  • Bluebeam review of drawings
  • Familiarity with design software and tools: Autodesk Construction Cloud
Education and Experience:
  • Relevant degree in Architecture field
  • Certification of BIM competency
  • Work Experience: (8-10 years)
