Financial Data Analyst

This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for data and its applications in finance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer complex questions about the nature, completeness, and correctness of financial data, using expert judgment and primary sources to determine if on-the-fly updates are necessary.
- Handle special cases when the system structure is incomplete, collaborating with developers to generalize and automate solutions.
- On-board new data sources and maintain relationships with external partners.
- Work closely with developers to integrate new data sets into the existing database structure, planning upload protocols and sanity checks to ensure data integrity.
- Design error handling procedures to minimize reliance on manual intervention.
- Develop comprehensive guides to the data for users and developers.
Qualifications:
To succeed as a Database Information Specialist, you should possess precise analytical skills, patience, and strong communication abilities. Three years of experience in the financial industry are required, along with evidence of knowledge in financial products.
