About the Role

This full-time on-site position is for an Inside Sales Representative (Diagnostic Services) at Zoconut in Delhi, India. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for reaching out to leads from various sources and promoting diagnostic services offered by our partner labs.

You will play a crucial role in helping patients book these tests and coordinating with lab partners to ensure timely completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop strong relationships with leads and pitch check-ups and diagnostic services
  • Assist patients in booking tests and coordinate with lab partners

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent inside sales skills
  • Customer satisfaction and customer service skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus

Compensation Package

  • Total Salary: ₹ 2.4-3.6 lakhs per annum (on-target earnings)
  • Base pay: ₹ 2.4-3 lakhs per annum
  • On-target commissions: ₹ 60k - 1.2L per annum

Work Timings and Location

Expect to work from Monday to Saturday, 10AM to 7PM IST. We require all team members to work from our office in Kirti Nagar, New Delhi.
