Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with patients to understand their unique needs and preferences
• Guide patients in selecting the most suitable hospital and medical team for their care
• Counsel patients on treatment options and hospital facilities to ensure informed decision-making
• Coordinate with hospitals and medical professionals to streamline appointment scheduling and follow-up care
• Maintain accurate patient records and facilitate timely communication among all stakeholders

What We're Looking For:

• 1–3 years of experience in patient-facing roles or healthcare administration
• Exceptional communication skills in English & Hindi, with a strong ability to empathize with patients
• A patient-centric approach, coupled with excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
• Baasic proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets (desired)
