Job Title: Enterprise Technology Architect

Job Description
  • We are seeking a highly experienced enterprise technology architect to design and deploy workplace technologies in complex, global environments.

Responsibilities:

  • Architect and govern enterprise-grade mobile device management (MDM) solutions using Intune and Workspace ONE for Android, iOS, and macOS platforms.
  • Lead lifecycle management for Windows devices with a strong focus on Dell enterprise architecture, BIOS, and driver updates via Dell Command Suite.
  • Design and implement Intune-based Windows management including autopilot profiles, compliance policies, configuration baselines, and security controls.
  • Define and drive vulnerability management and patching strategies through Intune to ensure a secure and up-to-date device landscape.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in enterprise architecture, EUC solutions, and IT governance.
  • Proven ability to navigate organizational complexity and align technical strategy with business goals.
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow CMDB, ITAM modules, and asset discovery tools.
  • Expertise in modern workplace platforms such as Microsoft Intune, VMware Workspace ONE, and Dell enterprise tooling.
  • In-depth knowledge of IT security protocols, compliance standards, and operational risk management.
