Key Role:

A Graphic Designer plays a crucial part in creating engaging visuals that communicate brand messages effectively.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop captivating graphics for social media, websites, emailers, presentations, and marketing campaigns to drive engagement and boost brand awareness.
  • Design high-quality brand collaterals such as logos, brochures, banners, ads, and other creatives that align with the company's visual identity.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing and content teams to ensure cohesive branding across all design outputs.
  • Ensure consistency in brand representation throughout all designs, adapting to feedback and optimizing for different platforms.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve design skills and expertise.
  • Effectively manage multiple projects, meeting deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field to provide a solid foundation in design principles and theory.
  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer (agency or in-house) with 2–5 years of track record in delivering successful design projects.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools to create high-quality visual content.
  • Knowledge of motion graphics/video editing (After Effects/Premiere Pro) is a plus, enabling designers to expand their skill set and adapt to emerging trends.
  • Strong sense of typography, layout, and color theory to apply best practices in visual communication.
  • Creative thinker with attention to detail, time-management skills, and ability to work under pressure to meet project deadlines.
  • Portfolio showcasing diverse design work, demonstrating expertise and versatility in various design areas.
