About this role

Our organization seeks an experienced Finance Manager to join our financial and advisory team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial reports, tax compliance, and supporting project financing through detailed reports and financial models.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, management information system reports, and management dashboards.
  • Build financial models and conduct ratio analysis to support decision-making and fundraising activities.
  • Prepare detailed project reports, feasibility studies, and cash flow projections.
  • Manage direct tax, goods and services tax, and tax deduction at source compliance, including return filings, reconciliations, and assessments.
  • Coordinate with auditors for statutory, internal, and tax audits.
  • Assist in due diligence, valuations, and financial analysis for debt syndication and fundraising transactions.
  • Provide insights on cost optimization, working capital management, and financial planning.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • A certified public accountant or equivalent professional certification.
  • 2-3 years of post-qualification experience in finance, taxation, or project advisory.
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting, taxation laws, and goods and services tax compliance.
  • Hands-on experience with financial modeling, project reports, and ratio analysis.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Tally/ERP, and financial reporting tools.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage deadlines and multiple assignments simultaneously.
