We are seeking an experienced accounting professional to oversee all financial and accounting operations for our India team.

Responsibilities include managing, training, and supervising team members to ensure they meet prescribed deadlines, as well as overseeing the preparation and review of assigned account reconciliations.

A successful candidate will possess strong experience with month, quarter and year-end financial close, full-cycle accounting, and team management.

In addition, excellent communication skills, analytical and problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail are essential.

The ideal candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and have a CA/CPA certification with 5 or more years of accounting experience.

Job Responsibilities
  • Manage and supervise accounting staff to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Oversee the general ledger to ensure accurate and timely transaction recording.
  • Review and prepare assigned account reconciliations.
  • Develop and implement internal controls to minimize financial risk.
  • Prepare and distribute financial reports.
  • Assist with financial statement audit.
Qualifications
  • CA/CPA certification.
  • 5 or more years of accounting experience.
  • Strong experience with month, quarter and year-end financial close.
  • Full-cycle accounting experience.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
