About the Role

This is a senior leadership position responsible for driving overall business strategy, execution and operations of key accounts in big data solutions. The individual will collaborate closely with global executive teams, subject matter experts, solution architects, project managers and client teams to conceptualize, build and operate big data solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Client Delivery Leadership: Deliver high-value revenue using information management solutions.
  • Practice and Team Leadership: Self-driven, customer-focused, problem-solving, learning on the fly, proven ability to handle multiple projects/programs.
  • Leadership Skills: Coach, mentor and develop senior and middle-level staff, direct training & skill enhancement of the team.
  • Ability to lead large RFP responses, design and implement the solution for proposals and customer decks.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Computer Science
  • MBA in Business Management
Required Skills
  • 18+ years of experience in delivering customer-focused information management solutions.
  • Experience in Big Data, Data Warehouse, Data Lake, Master Data Management System, Business Intelligence & Reporting solutions.
  • Leading large teams, communication, client-facing and leadership skills.
