Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our SAP P2S & S2P functional teams. The ideal candidate will have extensive SAP experience with expertise across modules and processes, as well as hands-on experience in managing SAP resources for successful project delivery.

The selected subject matter expert in multiple SAP applications will have a deep understanding of end-to-end business processes and proficiency in all aspects of the systems development life cycle (SDLC) and project life cycle.

A strong leader with skills in communication, leadership, and stakeholder management is required to drive innovation and continuous improvement across teams and foster a high-performance team culture by setting clear expectations, planning, monitoring, and coaching.

The role involves taking overall responsibility for the management of SAP resources to meet customer requirements, collaborating with SAP stakeholders across the enterprise to ensure business continuity and adherence to defined standards, and publishing periodic metrics to all key stakeholders.

  • 15+ years of extensive SAP experience
  • Deep expertise across SAP modules and processes
  • 10+ years of hands-on experience in managing SAP resources
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes
