The Role

We're seeking an experienced Lead DevSecOps Engineer to join our team. This role involves designing and securing cloud infrastructure, implementing security tooling, and streamlining automation processes.

As a Lead DevSecOps Engineer, you'll be responsible for securing Kubernetes clusters, managing AWS services, and ensuring the overall security posture of our systems.

You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to implement security best practices and drive initiatives aligned with business goals.

  • Design, Configure, and Secure Core AWS Services
  • Collaborate with Infosec Team to Recommend Security Best Practices
  • Partner with Application and Infrastructure Teams to Implement Security Solutions
  • Identify Security Gaps and Drive Initiatives to Strengthen Security Posture
  • Strengthen Kubernetes/EKS Clusters with Best Practices
  • Implement and Manage AWS Security Tools
  • Security Harden and Maintain Next-Gen Firewalls and Their Integration into AWS Workloads
  • Integrate Security Scanning into CI/CD Pipelines
  • Set Up and Tune CSPM and SIEM Platforms
  • Deploy WAF and IDS/IPS Solutions for Active Threat Detection and Mitigation
  • Build Secure Automation Workflows Using Linux Fundamentals and IaC
  • Enforce Security Without Slowing Down Delivery
Requirements and Qualifications

6-10 years of experience in DevSecOps, Cloud Security, or Platform Engineering.

Strong knowledge of AWS core and security services (IAM, GuardDuty, SecurityHub, Config, Control Tower, KMS).

Experience managing and securing Kubernetes/EKS workloads.

Practical knowledge of CSPM, SIEM, IDS/IPS, WAF solutions, and firewall appliances.

Familiarity with code quality and security scanning tools.

Strong fundamentals in Linux/Unix, scripting (Bash/Python), and cloud automation.
