Key Responsibilities:

  • Measure Success: Establish metrics for design projects and iterate designs based on data-driven insights to align with user needs and business goals.
  • Advocate for Exceptional User Experiences: Promote the value of design as a key driver of growth and success within the organization, fostering an environment that prioritizes user-centered design.

Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile applications.
  • Design Skills: A keen eye for visual design with attention to detail, consistency, and high-quality aesthetics.
  • User-Centric Focus: Understanding of user behavior and psychology, ability to conduct user research and usability testing.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong ability to design and prototype creative solutions for complex challenges.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills.
