About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Artificial Intelligence Developer to join our team. As an AI Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying artificial intelligence models for real-world business applications.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and developing AI models: You will design and develop AI models that meet the needs of our business applications. This will involve working closely with data scientists and engineers to understand the requirements and delivering high-quality solutions.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams: You will work collaboratively with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to define AI use cases and deliver actionable insights.
  • Analyzing and processing data: You will clean, preprocess, and analyze structured and unstructured data using statistical and AI techniques.
  • Model performance evaluation: You will monitor and evaluate model performance, improve accuracy, and retrain models as needed.
  • Pipeline management: You will build and manage end-to-end AI pipelines, including feature engineering, model training, deployment, and monitoring.
  • Cloud deployment: You will work with Azure ML tools to build, register, and deploy models within a scalable cloud environment.
  • API development: You will create and maintain APIs using tools like FastAPI or Flask to serve models in production.

Required Skills & Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 2–3 years of experience in Artificial Intelligence / Data Science roles.
  • Experience with Azure ML Studio, Azure Machine Learning SDK, or related Azure data services.
  • Strong programming skills in Python, with proficiency in AI libraries like scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.

If you have experience with:

  • Deep learning frameworks like Keras or Caffe.
  • Natural language processing (NLP) techniques.
