Job Title: Advanced Robotics Specialist

Location: Jamnagar, India

Role Overview:

We are seeking an accomplished robotics professional to spearhead the development and implementation of cutting-edge robotics solutions for our advanced warehouse inventory management systems.

This role involves designing, developing, and deploying innovative robotic systems, leveraging expertise in computer vision, machine learning, and sensor fusion to enhance navigation accuracy and robustness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement onboard computer vision algorithms using classical and modern techniques for real-time robot localization in indoor warehouse settings.
  • Contribute to geometric vision algorithms involving 3D computer vision tasks such as dense/sparse 3D reconstruction, multiview pose estimation, RGBD fusion, 3D object detection, and 3D dimensioning.
  • Implement sensor fusion techniques to integrate data from multiple sensors like LIDAR, cameras, IMU, and ToF to improve vehicle navigation reliability and precision.
  • Utilize Python programming skills, with a strong understanding of deep learning frameworks and workflow, to develop and deploy efficient pipelines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to architect product solutions, making informed decisions on sensor selections and deployment strategies.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of code, algorithms, and pipelines to ensure knowledge sharing and ease maintenance.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills to work seamlessly within a team environment.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Computer Vision, 3D Geometry, or Localization roles.
  • Proficient Python programming skills, with experience in testing, debugging, and ensuring pipeline reliability.
  • Strong foundation in physics and robotics systems, including ROS, 3D simulations, and sensor fusion-based navigation algorithms.
  • Hands-on experience in developing navigation and localization algorithms for autonomous vehicles, robotics, drones, or similar applications.
  • Deep mathematical foundations, with knowledge of 3D multi-view geometry, linear algebra, numerical optimization, and related topics.
  • Expertise in depth cameras and 3D data characteristics.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment and communicate complex ideas clearly.
