Automation Lead

This is a critical role that requires strong technical expertise, business acumen, and leadership skills. As an Automation Lead, you will be responsible for leading all aspects of process automation engagements, including requirements gathering, solution architecture, solution development, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement.

  • Leverage your knowledge of intelligent automation applications and programming languages to drive business outcomes and mitigate risk.
  • Coach and mentor less experienced team members on automation tools and develop training courses and curriculum around workflow automation.
  • Manage and ensure the delivery of Objectives and Key Results (OKR), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and/or metrics with key stakeholders.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 7+ years of experience in delivering intelligent automation and business analysis or equivalent experience.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Proven ability to gather and analyze complex data and develop accurate conclusions with deep comprehension of the business to understand risk implications.
