Job Title: MEP Manager for a large-scale industrial and high-tech semiconductor manufacturing facility.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage all mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) activities for the semiconductor project, including HVAC systems, electrical distribution, and process piping.
  • Coordinate with design consultants, contractors, and equipment vendors to ensure alignment with project specifications, cleanroom standards, and client requirements.
  • Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of critical systems, including power distribution, ultrapure water treatment, process gases, and other semiconductor-specific utilities.
  • Ensure compliance with international codes and local regulations.
  • Monitor project progress, manage schedules, control costs, and provide regular updates to senior management.
  • Implement and enforce quality control and safety protocols specific to semiconductor facilities.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is required; a Master's degree is preferred.
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in MEP works, with at least 5 years in semiconductor/high-tech/cleanroom projects.
  • Proven expertise in HVAC systems, ultrapure water systems, process gases, and high-voltage electrical distribution.
  • Strong project management and leadership skills, with ability to handle multi-disciplinary teams and multiple stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with Building Information Modelling (BIM), AutoCAD, and project management tools.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
