Job Opportunity: Innovative Digital Strategist

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing YouTube ad campaigns to generate high-quality B2B leads. They will develop audience research and targeting strategies, collaborate with our creative team to develop video ads, scripts, and funnels, monitor performance, run A/B tests, and ensure ROI-positive campaigns.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of proven experience in running YouTube Ads campaigns
  • Strong track record of generating qualified B2B leads through paid video campaigns
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, YouTube Ads Manager, tracking & analytics tools
  • Excellent knowledge of audience targeting, funnel creation, and retargeting
  • Creative thinker with ability to write scripts and optimize creatives
  • Data-driven mindset - make decisions based on metrics, not guesses
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with remote teams
